What data we collectThrough contact forms we collect name, phone number and message content. This data is necessary to respond to your inquiry or carry out the transport service.
Purpose and legal basisWe process data to respond to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary for contract performance) and to execute transport agreements (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We may also process data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g. for direct marketing of our own services.
Retention periodData is retained for as long as necessary to perform the service and settle accounts, and thereafter for the period required by law (generally 5 years for tax records). Contact form data that did not result in an order is deleted after 12 months.
RecipientsData may be shared with transport subcontractors, customs partners and IT system providers — only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data processing agreements.
